Web Developer 2 Full Time NEW

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Web Developer 2 to join their team. As a Web Developer 2, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting the internal portal and platform engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Web Developer 2

Location: Redmond WA

Pay Range: $50/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)

What’s the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React and backend services (.NET/Node.js).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that support internal portals and infrastructure.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What’s Needed?

• 2-4 years of experience in full-stack web development, particularly with React and backend services.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud development experience, preferably with Azure or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in designing and managing relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
