Join our service team as a Water Softener Technician and become a vital part of delivering clean, soft water solutions to residential and commercial clients! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting water softening systems, filter system, and reverse osmosis drinking water systems, that improve water quality and protect plumbing infrastructure. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair water softening units using construction plumbing skills and hand tools.
• Conduct system inspections, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements with power tools and pipe threading equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately install or modify equipment according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on water treatment systems, including backwashing and resin regeneration processes.
• Use carpentry skills for custom modifications or repairs on system components or installation sites.
• Conduct filter changes for reverse osmosis systems and filtration systems.
• Document all work performed accurately in service logs and communicate technical information clearly to team members or clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, plumbing, or HVAC systems with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and schematics reading.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with precision.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to ensure quality service delivery.
