Job Duties/Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move, load, or unload materials.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory management systems to track stock levels.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with regulations.
Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to lift and move heavy items, typically up to 50 lbs, safely and efficiently.
Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and equipment, including forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required unless specified).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Basic computer skills to operate inventory management systems or track orders.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other staff members.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.n
