Warehouse and Logistics Manager Full Time NEW

1. About the Role

huupe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is a hybrid position, requiring both on-site warehouse presence in Pico Rivera and remote work depending on operational needs.

You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of inventory, while supporting logistics coordination across our supply chain.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate and manage LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and parcel shipments
• Work closely with carriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Perform regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and mispacks
• Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure proper handling of goods
• Support returns (RMA) processing and rework coordination
• Assist in improving logistics workflows and cost efficiencies
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and shipping platforms

1. Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Strong experience with LTL shipping and freight coordination
• Proven track record of ensuring high accuracy in shipments and inventory
• Familiarity with shipping systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight brokers, TMS/WMS)
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (warehouse + remote)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed

1. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consumer hardware or e-commerce products
• Knowledge of international shipping and import/export processes
• Experience with inventory management systems
