About The Role
We are hiring a Vice President of Talent to build and lead a world class talent organization during a period of hyper growth.
This leader will own the strategy and execution for all hiring across the company. You will partner directly with the executive team to design and scale a recruiting function capable of attracting elite technical and business talent in one of the most competitive markets in technology.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy across engineering, product, infrastructure, and go to market functions.
- Build and lead a high performing recruiting organization including technical recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting operations.
- Partner closely with the executive team to forecast hiring needs and build scalable hiring plans.
- Develop strategies for attracting top tier talent within competitive markets such as AI infrastructure, machine learning systems, and distributed computing.
- Establish recruiting processes, tools, and analytics that enable both speed and quality.
- Build a strong employer brand within the AI and engineering communities.
- Lead initiatives that improve candidate experience, diversity of talent pipelines, and hiring efficiency.
What Makes You Successful In This Role
- 12 or more years of recruiting or talent leadership experience with significant time leading recruiting organizations.
- Experience scaling hiring within high growth technology companies.
- Track record of building recruiting teams capable of hiring top tier technical talent at scale.
- Strong partnership with executive leadership and ability to influence organizational growth strategy.
- Deep understanding of technical hiring markets including infrastructure engineering, distributed systems, and AI related roles.
- Strong operational leadership combined with strategic thinking.
- Ability to build systems and teams that perform consistently at a high level.
