We’re looking for a VP Sales – North America in the architectural and specification led building products industry, based in Irvine, California.
Our client is a high growth, premium building products manufacturer serving architectural, specification driven, builder and commercial markets across the U.S. This is a transformation and hunter leadership role for a sales executive who knows how to create urgency, build hunting capability, and drive results through people. The VP Sales – North America will be accountable for changing behavior, elevating performance, and delivering sustained revenue and margin growth.
This role exists because growth now requires stronger sales leadership, sharper accountability, and an active hunting mindset across the organization. The VP will lead from the front, train and mentor a developing leadership layer, and install a culture of push, pace, and ownership.
