Chemours Titanium Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Global Sales to lead the global commercial organization and drive strategic growth across all regions. This role reports directly to the Business President and is based in Wilmington, Delaware.
The VP of Global Sales will oversee a global revenue portfolio of $2.5–3.0B, managing a team of Regional Directors and their organizations. This leader will develop high‑performing sales talent, expand business with existing and new customers, and execute a customer‑centric strategy aligned with Chemours’ long‑term objectives.
Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership with Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, balancing customer needs with business priorities. The VP will serve as a visible leader, coach, and role model—driving market penetration, strengthening capabilities, and ensuring alignment to global market strategies.
