General Purpose
The Vice President of Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving new enterprise client sales opportunities to support Connectivity Wireless’s corporate business objectives. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with executive and technical teams within the enterprise venue community, particularly those managing portfolios of venue assets (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, conventions, and REITs). You will lead cross-functional teams to assess customer needs, develop proposals, and manage and close sales. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in complex sales and business development, skilled at collaborating with internal and external partners. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline while fostering strong, enduring relationships with enterprise venue owners and their executive and technical teams.

• Pipeline quarter over quarter growth
• Training and support of partners
• Manage and grow Wireless Enterprise Venue relationships
• Develop, document and communicate a detailed sales plan
Essential Functions
Execution and Management
• Aggressively drive new business development to achieve sales and revenue goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior management at all targeted accounts; serve as a single-point-of-contact for business development in the region
• Develop detailed account and territory plans and present overall strategy to Senior Management
• Collaborate with internal organizations to ensure alignment with business plans
• Prepare and deliver presentations, program details, promotional initiatives, and other business to key internal and external stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of strategic outsourcing initiatives for the region Monitoring and Reporting
• Participate in Quarterly performance review sessions with Senior Management
• Monitor competitive activity within the region Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree minimum Job Experience
• 7+ years of direct sales/business development experience
• Consultative sales experience in enterprise communications and business solutions
• Successful achievement of assigned annual quotas
• Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise connectivity needs
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Software
• Adept at Managing Budgets and Project Schedules
• Experience selling to REIT’s, building owners, and landlords a plus
