Job Title: VP/ Director – Software Engineering

Location: Hiring for multiple locations including Plano, TX/ Tampa, FL / NYC, NY/ Columbus, OH/ Houston, TX/ Chicago, IL (5 days onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java professional (Hands on) to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java and microservices technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot
• Build and support microservices and event-driven architectures
• Work with messaging systems such as Kafka and MQ
• Develop and optimize database interactions using Oracle
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore environment and can mentor a team of junior developers.
• Payments domain/ financial domain knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of front end technologies i.e. Angular/ React
