We’ve built myVAmatch — a platform that connects experienced, U.S.-based Virtual Assistants with founders and entrepreneurs who are actively hiring.
We’re looking for VAs who are proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting senior leadership — not just completing tasks, but keeping things moving without constant direction.
This role is a fit if you U.S.-based and have:
• At least 1 year supporting senior leadership, C-suite executives, founders, or entrepreneurs as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Personal Assistant
• Strong experience with inbox and calendar management
• Confidence communicating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• The ability to manage priorities, follow through, and stay one step ahead
Typical responsibilities include:
• Inbox and calendar management
• Executive and personal support
• Client and vendor communication
• Research and day-to-day operational support
Additional experience is a plus:
• CRM and pipeline management
• Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
• Social media execution
• Travel planning and logistics
• Light operations/admin systems
Details:
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• $25–$60/hour, depending on experience
