Position Title: Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Reports to: CEO / Chief Strategy Officer / Chief Business Officer

Position Summary

The Vice President, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing and managing high-value strategic alliances that support the company’s long-term growth objectives. This role identifies partnership opportunities, negotiates commercial agreements, and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, investors, governments, and industry organizations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s strategic partnership and alliance strategy
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities that drive business growth and market expansion
• Lead negotiations and structuring of strategic agreements, joint ventures, and collaboration initiatives
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to support partnership execution
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs
• Identify new revenue streams, co-investment opportunities, and ecosystem collaborations
• Represent the company in strategic meetings, industry forums, and external engagements
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging partnership opportunities
• Support M&A, corporate development, and international expansion initiatives where applicable
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate strategy, or related leadership roles
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex strategic alliances
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in [industry-specific field, e.g., technology, energy, healthcare, finance, manufacturing]
• Background in multinational or high-growth organizations
• Experience working with government agencies, institutional investors, or international partners
