Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Supply Chain. The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead and oversee the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring effective inventory control, maintaining cost efficiency, and fostering collaboration across teams to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while adhering to compliance and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Demand Planning and forecasting to align supply with market needs
• Strong background in Supply Chain Management and Procurement strategies
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and operational coordination
• Proven ability in Inventory Management and optimization processes
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and building supplier relationships
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Educational background in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant work experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a plus.
