Vice President of Service Operations (Remote – U.S.)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Service Operations to lead and scale our service delivery organization across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams
• Optimize processes, systems, and workflows to improve service performance
