Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria for a Vice President of Sales Strategy at Rayrock Construct Ltd. The Vice President will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, overseeing major accounts, and driving business growth. The role also includes collaboration with senior leadership to align sales goals with the organization’s strategic objectives, as well as streamlining sales operations for greater efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
• Demonstrated ability in Account Management and building strong client relationships
• Expertise in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive results in a competitive business environment
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure industries is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria, with travel as necessary
