**Position Overview**
The Vice President of Sales Operations is responsible for the overall planning and management of the company’s sales operations framework. Through process optimization, data analytics, systems development, and organizational collaboration, this role aims to enhance the sales team’s execution efficiency and business growth capabilities, thereby supporting the stable achievement and sustained growth of the company’s revenue targets.
**II. Core Responsibilities**
1. **Sales Operations Framework Development**
* Establish and optimize the company’s sales operations management system.
* Formulate sales process standards and management protocols.
* Drive the standardization and scalability of the sales operations framework.
* Support the implementation and execution of sales strategies.
2. **Sales Process & Efficiency Optimization**
* Optimize the end-to-end sales process management mechanism (Lead → Conversion → Close).
* Enhance sales funnel conversion efficiency.
* Optimize sales resource allocation and support mechanisms.
* Improve overall sales execution efficiency.
3. **Sales Data Analytics & Business Support**
* Establish a sales data analysis and monitoring system.
* Track sales target attainment and business performance.
* Generate sales operations analysis reports.
* Support sales forecasting and business decision-making.
4. **CRM & Sales Systems Management**
* Drive the development and optimization of CRM systems.
* Improve sales data quality and management efficiency.
* Promote sales digitalization and automation initiatives.
* Optimize sales tools and system interoperability.
5. **Sales Performance & Goal Management**
* Assist in formulating sales targets and plans.
* Establish a sales performance management system.
* Monitor the sales team’s execution progress.
* Support the development of sales incentive programs and operational optimization plans.
6. **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**
* Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
* Drive the efficient implementation of sales support projects.
* Enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
* Support the advancement of key client engagements and strategic projects.
7. **Sales Enablement & Support System Development**
* Establish a comprehensive Sales Enablement framework.
* Optimize sales training and capability-building mechanisms.
* Provide support regarding sales tools and methodologies.
* Promote the adoption and replication of sales best practices.
8. Team Building and Management
Establish and lead the Sales Operations Management team
Manage the Sales Analytics, CRM, and Operations Support teams
Develop talent in Sales Operations and Data Analytics
Drive the development of a data-driven sales culture
III. Job Requirements
Education Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred
MBA preferred
Work Experience
20+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations
5+ years of experience in a senior management role
Experience supporting large-scale sales organizations preferred
Experience in SaaS or B2B Sales Operations preferred
