Vice President of Regional Expansion
Position Summary
The Vice President of Regional Expansion is responsible for leading the organization’s growth strategy across new and existing geographic markets. This role focuses on identifying expansion opportunities, developing market entry strategies, and driving execution to achieve sustainable business growth. The position plays a key role in aligning regional initiatives with overall corporate objectives and ensuring consistent performance across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional expansion strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including geographic and demographic analysis
Lead market entry planning, including operational setup, partnerships, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance
Monitor regional performance and adjust strategies to optimize results
Establish scalable frameworks for entering and managing multiple markets
Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency and operational standards across all regions
Lead and develop regional teams to support expansion initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in business development, expansion strategy, or market growth roles
Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations in new regions
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
Experience working in multi-region or global business environments
