Vice President of Project Delivery
Reports to: COO / Chief Business Execution Officer (CBEO) / CEO

Position Overview
The Vice President of Project Delivery is responsible for leading the successful delivery of all major projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This role oversees project execution at scale and ensures delivery excellence across the organization.
Role Focus: Delivery execution, program oversight, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and programs.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Establish delivery best practices and execution frameworks.
2. Program & Portfolio Management
Oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects across departments.
Prioritize initiatives based on strategic importance and resource availability.
Manage dependencies and ensure alignment across programs.
3. Execution Governance
Build and enforce delivery governance structures and reporting cadences.
Implement KPI tracking, milestone reviews, and accountability systems.
Standardize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Ensure seamless collaboration across functions.
Resolve blockers and escalate risks effectively.
5. Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain visibility into delivery health across all initiatives.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and scale the Project Management Office (PMO).
Mentor Directors, Program Managers, and Project Managers.
Build a high-performance delivery culture.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in project/program management or delivery leadership.
Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programs.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe).
Experience in fintech, crypto platforms, or large-scale technology environments.
