Vice President of Growth Commerce
Position Summary
The Vice President of Growth Commerce is responsible for leading the organization’s revenue acceleration, digital commerce expansion, and customer growth strategy across online and omnichannel sales ecosystems. This executive leadership role focuses on driving scalable commercial growth through e-commerce optimization, performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion strategy, monetization initiatives, and data-driven commerce operations.
The position plays a critical role in expanding digital revenue streams, optimizing customer journeys, increasing lifetime value, and aligning growth initiatives with enterprise commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the enterprise growth commerce strategy aligned with revenue and market expansion goals
Oversee digital commerce growth initiatives across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, mobile channels, and omnichannel ecosystems
Drive customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and revenue expansion programs
Partner with marketing, product, sales, analytics, operations, and technology teams to align commercial growth strategies
Establish KPIs related to conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), CAC, revenue growth, retention, and digital engagement
Lead pricing optimization, merchandising strategies, promotional planning, and digital sales performance initiatives
Oversee performance marketing, growth experimentation, funnel optimization, and A/B testing programs
Analyze customer behavior, commerce analytics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Support implementation of marketing automation, personalization engines, CRM systems, and AI-driven commerce technologies
Drive expansion across international markets, strategic partnerships, and emerging digital commerce channels
Build and lead high-performing growth commerce, digital revenue, and customer analytics organizations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth strategy, digital commerce, revenue operations, or commercial leadership
Strong expertise in online customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and digital monetization strategies
Experience leading large-scale e-commerce or marketplace growth initiatives
Deep understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, customer segmentation, and omnichannel commerce ecosystems
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
