The Vice President of Global Marketing serves as one of the company’s senior-most executives responsible for global marketing strategy and brand building, overseeing global marketing planning, brand management, and demand generation. Through the establishment of a unified yet flexible global marketing framework—and by coordinating execution across regional and local markets—this role drives the enhancement of brand equity and business growth, thereby supporting the company’s globalization strategy and long-term competitiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
**I. Global Marketing Strategy & Brand Management**
* Formulate the company’s global marketing strategy and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy and business objectives.
* Establish a unified global brand architecture, brand standards, and communication framework.
* Maintain and continuously enhance the company’s global brand influence and market awareness.
**II. Demand Generation & Growth Acceleration**
* Lead global demand generation and growth strategies.
* Develop and optimize strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, and customer lifecycle management.
* Drive direct marketing contributions toward revenue growth and increased market share.
**III. Regional & Local Market Coordination**
* Build a global-to-regional-to-local marketing organizational structure and coordination mechanism.
* Guide and support regional marketing teams in formulating localized marketing strategies.
* Ensure balance and consistency between global strategies and local execution.
**IV. Market Insights & Customer Experience**
* Lead global market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis initiatives.
* Translate market and customer insights into actionable product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
* Drive customer-centric, end-to-end optimization of the customer experience.
**V. Marketing Operations & Digital Capabilities**
* Establish a global marketing operations framework and key metrics system (KPIs, ROI).
* Drive the adoption of marketing technology (MarTech), data analytics, and automation tools.
* Enhance marketing efficiency, transparency, and measurability.
**VI. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Support**
* Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Strategy, Customer Success, and other departments.
* Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and global market expansion efforts.
* Ensure tight alignment between marketing strategies, sales execution, and product strategy.
**VII. Organizational Development & Talent Cultivation**
* Build and lead the global marketing management team.
* Cultivate marketing talent with a global perspective and specialized professional expertise.
* Foster a marketing culture centered on results-orientation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* An MBA or international educational background is preferred. Work Experience:
20+ years of experience in marketing-related fields;
At least 15 years of experience in global or multi-regional marketing management;
Proven track record of successfully driving global brand growth or international business expansion.
