Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Vice President of Customer Relations. The VP of Customer Relations will oversee the development and execution of strategies to enhance client satisfaction, drive customer retention, and strengthen business relationships. Responsibilities include managing customer relationship operations, streamlining customer experience processes, leading customer service initiatives, collaborating with sales teams for client acquisition, and addressing client concerns to foster loyalty and trust. The VP will also provide insights to develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Expertise in Business Relationship Management and fostering strong client partnerships
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction
• Strong background in Sales and Customer Service strategies
• Experience with designing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage remote teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is highly advantageous
