Vice President of Business Expansion
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Business Expansion to lead market growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and drive long-term commercial success. This role is responsible for developing expansion strategies, building strategic partnerships, exploring new markets, and supporting overall business development objectives across regional and global operations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, excellent market insight, and a proven track record in business growth, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive business expansion strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnerships to accelerate growth.
Lead market entry initiatives, including competitive analysis, feasibility studies, and expansion planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and operational scalability.
Oversee strategic business development projects and expansion activities across multiple regions.
Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial contracts, and strategic alliances.
Monitor market performance, business KPIs, and growth metrics to optimize expansion initiatives.
Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of growth plans.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in business development, corporate strategy, market expansion, or executive leadership roles.
Strong understanding of global markets, commercial operations, and growth strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
