Role Description The Vice President, Global Project Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end project operations across multiple regions and functions. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of residential building projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met. The VP will develop and implement operational frameworks, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement across global project portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resource allocation, resolving operational risks and bottlenecks, and optimizing collaboration with supply chain, construction, design, and finance. The VP will also contribute to strategic initiatives, performance reporting, and long-term operational planning to support the company’s growth and customer experience goals.
Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Operational Excellence skills to lead global project operations and drive process improvement.
• Proven Project Management capabilities, including managing complex, multi-site project portfolios and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management to optimize vendor relationships, material flows, and logistics supporting project execution.
• Demonstrated Strategic Planning skills to align operational initiatives with organizational growth, customer experience, and financial objectives.
• Extensive leadership experience managing diverse, cross-functional, and remote teams in a project- or construction-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including familiarity with project management tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience in residential construction, property development, or a closely related industry is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on operational oversight.
