**Position Overview**
The Vice President of Global Business Development is responsible for formulating and executing the company’s global business expansion strategy. Through international market positioning, regional partnership expansion, global channel development, and cross-regional business synergy, this role drives the company’s internationalization and sustains the continuous growth of its business scale. The position focuses primarily on identifying global market opportunities, building a collaborative ecosystem, and driving regional business growth.

1. **Global Business Development Strategy Formulation**
* Formulate the company’s global business development and market expansion strategies.
* Plan international market layouts and regional growth pathways.
* Analyze global industry trends and market development opportunities.
* Support the implementation and realization of the company’s internationalization objectives.
2. **International Market & Regional Expansion**
* Drive market expansion in key countries and regions.
* Develop market entry and localization strategies for specific regions.
* Establish regional business development frameworks and partnership ecosystems.
* Enhance global market coverage capabilities and expand business scale.
3. **Global Partner Relationship Management**
* Establish and maintain relationships with international partners.
* Drive cross-regional strategic collaboration projects.
* Build global channel and partner networks.
* Coordinate the implementation and advancement of key partnership projects.
4. **Channel Development & Ecosystem Expansion**
* Establish a global framework for channel expansion.
* Optimize models for agents, distributors, and partners.
* Drive the integration of regional partnership resources.
* Increase the business contribution and coverage of sales channels.
5. **New Business & Growth Opportunity Development**
* Explore new business opportunities within global markets.
* Drive the implementation of key growth initiatives.
* Support the international expansion of new products and business lines.
* Optimize the structural composition of global business growth.
6. **Cross-Regional Synergy & Operational Support**
* Coordinate collaboration between headquarters and regional teams.
* Drive the standardization of cross-regional business processes and standards.
* Enhance the efficiency of global business synergy.
* Support the steady advancement of key regional projects.
7. **Data Analysis & Business Management**
* Establish mechanisms for global business data analysis.
* Track regional business performance and growth metrics.

III. Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Majors in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred
MBA preferred
Work Experience
20+ years of experience in international business development or global market management
15+ years of experience in senior management roles
Experience in multi-regional international business development
Experience in managing global partnership projects preferred
