Position Overview
We are looking for a Vice President, Brand Strategy with extensive experience in luxury brand management, international market positioning, and global business strategy.
We are seeking an experienced executive leader to drive Rémy Jewellery’s global brand strategy and long-term market development. This role will oversee brand positioning, global expansion initiatives, strategic partnerships, and multi-market growth planning across international regions.
The VP of Brand Strategy will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, sales, creative, and international business teams to strengthen the company’s global presence and long-term brand value.
Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Strategy
Develop and execute global brand strategy across key international markets
Strengthen brand positioning and long-term market presence
Lead strategic planning initiatives aligned with company growth objectives
Support international expansion and multi-market brand development
Market Growth & Expansion
Identify growth opportunities across luxury and jewelry markets
Support market entry strategies for new international regions
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Develop long-term strategies for sustainable global growth
Brand Development & Positioning
Maintain consistency across brand image, messaging, and customer experience
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on brand campaigns and launches
Support premium customer engagement and brand visibility initiatives
Strengthen partnerships with luxury retail and commercial partners
Leadership & Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with executive leadership on commercial and strategic planning
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and international teams
Support cross-functional alignment on global business objectives
Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership
Performance & Business Analysis
Monitor brand performance and market growth across regions
Identify opportunities to improve market penetration and brand awareness
Develop strategic reporting and long-term business analysis frameworks
Support decision-making through data-driven market insights
Requirements
15–25 years of experience in brand strategy, luxury marketing, international business, or commercial leadership
Background in jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, or premium consumer brands preferred
Strong experience in global brand positioning and international market expansion
Experience working across multi-market and cross-border business environments
Excellent strategic planning and leadership capabilities
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex international projects and cross-functional teams
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Experience
Executive-level experience in luxury brand strategy or international business development
Experience working with global luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands
Exposure to international expansion and multi-region commercial operations
Experience scaling brands across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia
