Most people don’t need a “sales pitch”; they just want someone who actually helps them figure things out. RM Equity Partners is hiring a Verizon Representative in the Providence area to work directly with customers who are exploring Verizon wireless, internet, and home service options. In this role, you’ll be the person who simplifies choices, answers questions, and helps customers feel confident in their decisions.
In this role, you will support customers through clear communication and hands-on assistance:
- Speak with customers in person as a Verizon Representative
- Help customers compare Verizon plans, devices, and internet options
- Recommend services based on customer needs and usage
- Explain pricing, features, and promotions in a simple way
- Assist with account setup, changes, and basic troubleshooting
- Support daily sales activity through customer interactions
- Keep accurate records of customer conversations and completed sales
- Provide a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish
- Work with your team to improve overall sales performance

- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity built for individuals who want to grow in sales, customer service, and telecommunications. No prior experience is required — training is provided for every Verizon Representative.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
