Job Overview:
PMC is seeking a skilled Grinder (Manual) for setup and machining on machines. This role is well-suited for a craftsman with experience in low-volume machining who takes pride in accuracy and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate grinders.
- Universal and Surface experience
- Use micrometers, dial indicators, and other tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
- Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with engineering and tooling teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating grinders.
- Strong blueprint reading and basic shop math skills.
- Familiarity with tight tolerance machining and surface finish control.
