We are hands-on in the day-to-day operations of our company, and our top customers, who’ve been with us for over 20 years, value both service and quality, recognizing that our drivers are great people too.
Benefits:
- Family Time: We understand the importance of family time. Our drivers run for 17 days and take 4 complete days off (home Wednesday and back out Monday).
- Work Schedule: Typically run on recap, averaging 8 hours of driving or about 400 miles a day and 700 miles on weekends.

- New Equipment: We recently upgraded two of our drivers to new 2026 589 Long Nose Peterbilts. We have a few open positions, including newer 389 Peterbilt.

$1250 sign on Bonus + 26% of linehaul to start.
- We are very family oriented and we know our drivers by name and not by unit # with minimum turnover.
- We only hire drivers looking for a driving career who plan to become a part of our team for many years.
- We haul temperature sensitive freight with great pay and we need responsible drivers to handle the freight.
- 90% of our freight is customer freight that is one pick one drop no touch that are the same 25 lanes each week.
- Drivers are paid weekly, Paperwork in by Tuesday 2pm gets paid out fully Friday, direct deposit available. Most drivers scan paperwork in from their phone or mail it in.
- Our drivers average between $1550 – $2000 per week before taxes depending if you run over that weekend.
- Monthly performance Bonus for following all the protocols and delivering on time.
- Our drivers averaged $70,000 to $85,000 a year depending on home time and weekend running.
- Pay is by % of line haul. 26% to start, after 6 months 27%, after 2 years 28%
- 26% of linehaul averages out to .60 to .73 cpm on all miles.
- 70% of our freight pays detention after 1 hour from pick up or delivery time @ $80/hour
- Guaranteed minimum pay of $1050/week even when you go home.
- We run mostly east of the Mississippi
- After 90 days, all drivers are eligible for health insurance.
- After 1 year, you will get one weeks paid vacation.
- 401K retirement plan. We will match up to 3% each pay.
- Rider program: $25/monthfor insurance.
- All Equipment is top of the Line Peterbilts, Various styles available to your preference.
- Trucks are governed at 73 MPH and we have Prepass and Ez Pass in the trucks.
DRIVER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR OTR TRUCK DRIVING POSITION
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid class A CDL, from state of residence.
- Must have 2 years verifiable Class A Tractor Trailer OTR experience in the last 5 Years
- Good Driving record and Safety Scores
- A DOT drug test with a negative result is required before an applicant starts driving.
- No drug or alcohol (DUI/DWI) related convictions/incidents within the last 5 years.

Pay: $1,550.00 – $2,000.00 per week
