Job Description
An employer is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate LVN or RN to join a busy outpatient neurology clinic in Chandler, Arizona. This role is ideal for a newer graduate looking to build clinical experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process patient medical records, labs, and diagnostic reports
Identify and appropriately document normal vs. abnormal test results
Assist with medication refills in collaboration with providers
Manage and respond to triage phone messages during clinic hours
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Support providers with general clinical and administrative tasks
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Full benefits package
Employer contributes $250 toward monthly premium (employee cost ~$300-$800)
PTO: 2 weeks + government-recognized holidays
401(k) eligibility after 1 year

Skills and Requirements
Active LVN or RN license (Arizona or compact)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to interpret lab results with clinical guidance
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Genuine interest in neurology
