This position is for TCMC Employees with a professional license that may include RN, NP, PA, PT, OT, Speech, Pharmacist, LSW, LFMT, etc.

Essential Functions

• Under the direction of appropriate clinical or professional leadership, the Professional Licensed Employee performs job-related duties consistent with their licensure, education, training, and scope of practice. This role supports patient care and/or professional services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.
• Perform duties appropriate to professional license, certification, and assigned department
• Deliver safe, high-quality services in accordance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards
• Accurately document work performed in applicable systems
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, leaders, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support patient safety, quality initiatives, and service excellence
• Comply with all Sharp HealthCare and Tri-City Medical Center policies and procedures
• Participate in required training, education, and transition-related activities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
