The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, compassionate, and closing-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is not a traditional front-desk role — this is a high-impact sales position for someone who is energized by helping patients say “yes” to treatment plans that truly change their lives.

You will guide qualified patients through $30,000–$40,000+ full-mouth dental implant treatment plans — owning the conversation from consultation follow-up through financial arrangements and case acceptance. What You’ll Do

•       Conduct consultative treatment plan presentations and close full-mouth and single dental implant cases ranging from $30,000 to $40,000+

•       Build genuine trust and rapport with patients, guiding them through their options, financing, and next steps with empathy and clarity

•       Own the full patient journey from consultation follow-up through case acceptance and scheduling of the Smile Design appointment

•       Present flexible financing options and partner with third-party financing providers to make treatment affordable and accessible

•       Follow up persistently and professionally with undecided patients — turning warm leads into scheduled treatment

•       Hit (and exceed) monthly case acceptance and production goals

•       Collaborate closely with Dr. Mehranfar, the clinical team, and marketing to ensure a seamless patient experience

•       Maintain accurate records, treatment notes, and follow-up activity in our practice management system

•       Represent the Aria brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence in every patient interaction

Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s degree required

•       3+ years of high-ticket sales, treatment coordination, financial coordination, or consultative closing experience (dental, medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic industry strongly preferred)

•       Proven track record of closing large-ticket cases ($10K+ per transaction)

•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•       Proficiency with practice management software, CRMs, and standard office tools

•       Ability to work on-site, full-time at our Phoenix, AZ location

Compensation & Benefits
