Location: Axtell, NE | Funk, NE | Minden, NE
Pay: $18–$20/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
We’re hiring Tire Truck Specialists! This position involves traveling to farms, fields and job sites to provide on-site tire services. If you enjoy hands-on work, being out in the field and delivering great customer service, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to farms, fields and remote locations to perform tire services and roadside assistance
• Install, inspect and repair tires on trucks, agricultural equipment and commercial vehicles
• Conduct tire inspections and recommend solutions for safety and performance
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional service truck
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Manage tire inventory, supplies and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on service truck and equipment
• Assist in the tire shop as needed
• Provide excellent customer service including evenings, weekends and on-call support

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
• Willingness to attend training and grow within the role

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License required (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to obtain forklift certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel and work in physically demanding conditions
• Ability to work around moving parts, fumes and equipment

Schedule Expectations

• Must be reliable with strong attendance
• Availability for evenings, weekends and on-call work as needed
