Tire Technician & Recovery Associate

Responsibilities:
- Work in the field to recover delinquent merchandise in a professional and respectful manner.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations and ensure positive interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of recovered merchandise and customer interactions.
- Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements.
- Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired.
- Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality and consistency regarding accounts.
- Contact references on expired accounts
- Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
- Authorize field collections, repossession and de-installations of rented tires and wheels.
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Strong computer skills
- Complete 25 calls per hour
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic mechanical knowledge related to tires and wheels is an advantage.
- Proficient in using technology and software for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications
- Zero experience required—just a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active in a shop environment.
- Valid driver’s license (to move vehicles safely in/out of bays).
- Customer-first mindset and teamwork spirit.
