Therapist – Mental Health & Family Wellness Services Full Time

Job Summary
Shatter Health is seeking experienced, emotionally intelligent, and polished licensed clinicians to join our growing mental health and family wellness practice.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are deeply ethical, highly discreet, and comfortable supporting culturally diverse clients. Clinicians must be able to provide personalized, evidence-based care while maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries, excellent documentation, sound clinical judgment, and the highest standards of confidentiality.

We are seeking clinicians who can deliver clinically serious behavioral health care with warmth, polish, and exceptional judgment. Therapists will provide therapy, assessment, and wellness-informed clinical support to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families concierge model emphasizing responsiveness, continuity, privacy, and collaborative care.

We have immediate openings for Delaware licensed counselors (LPC), social workers (LISW, LICSW), and psychologists (LP).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families
• Conduct mental health assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, burnout, family conflict, addiction and recovery, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges
• Conduct clinically appropriate risk assessments and safety planning when indicated
• Recognize when a client requires psychiatric care, a higher level of care, specialized treatment, or outside referral
• Maintain clear therapeutic boundaries within a compassionate and collaborative care model
• Maintain timely, accurate, and ethically sound clinical documentation
• Participate in care coordination and case consultation

Experience

• Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, and/or psychology
• Required to be a licensed mental health professional in Delaware able to practice independently
• Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments/intake evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective required
• Commitment to culturally competent care, cultural humility, and lifelong learning
• Clinicians who speak more than one language strongly encouraged to apply

Pay: $100.00 – $300.00 per hour
