The Role

You’ll own a designated territory, hitting the road to meet homeowners and businesses who need fencing solutions. This is classic outside sales: consultative, relationship-driven, and rewarding for self-starters who love closing deals face-to-face.

• Drive to scheduled leads and on-site appointments (most leads are warm—homeowners who’ve requested estimates)
• Measure properties, listen to customer needs, and present customized fence options (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, etc.)
• Prepare accurate proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales on the spot or follow up quickly
• Build lasting relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
• Track activity, pipeline, and results in our CRM
• Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs

You’ll thrive here if you have

• 1–3+ years of outside sales experience (home improvement, construction, fencing, roofing, landscaping, or similar is a big plus—but motivated newcomers with hustle welcome)
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle (we provide mileage reimbursement or a car allowance)
• Strong communication and people skills—comfortable presenting options and handling objections
• Self-motivation and organization (you manage your own schedule and territory)
• Basic tech comfort (tablet/phone for quotes, CRM, photos)
• Desire to earn big through performance (no cap on commissions!)

It’s a plus if you bring

• Existing knowledge of fencing products/materials
• Local connections in the North Shore/Seacoast area
• Experience with in-home or on-site consultative selling
