Team Leader Full Time

We are expanding our leadership team at our Jefferson location! Looking for a hard working individual for our Team Leader position!

Primarily responsible for overseeing all store operations and personnel in conjunction with Store Manager & District Supervisors. This is a vital role of our leadership team. The leadership team is ultimately responsible for covering additional shifts to confirm the store is properly covered. Operation responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, personal issues, training of new staff, scheduling and ordering, inventory, store cleanliness, ect.

Serves a back up for the Store Manager & District supervisor. It is the Team Leader’s responsibility to confirm all front & kitchen shifts are covered.

In addition to Cashier & Cook Job Duties:

· Responsible for all cash handling duties, including daily books, safe counts and bank deposits.

· Completes all daily and weekly paperwork, including proper lottery and trendar tracking.

· Tracks drive offs and follows up with customers and employees on the situation.

· Maintains proper levels of inventory through ordering and stocking of products.

· Completes kitchen inventory in a timely manner.

· Partners with vendors to assure product is being ordered and stocked correctly.

· Enters invoices into back office system.

· Assists with managing of all aspects of personnel: interviews, hires, fires, disciplines, trains, ect.

· Completes the staff schedule and inputs into computer system.

· Assists with Farner & Al’s Corner orders.

· Oversees all staff members, holds them accountable to assure all work is being properly done.

· MAJOR FOCUS: Store cleanliness and organization: clean & organized backroom and cooler, sweep and mop freezer and cooler floors, kitchen equipment & walls, clean bathrooms & showers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
