The E&B Team Lead Operations oversees the workload and performance of assigned staff to support company strategies and operational goals. Key responsibilities include leading the team through a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while monitoring and supporting individual and team performance. This role is also responsible for identifying and implementing effective solutions to problems as they arise.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Salary Range:
$80,200.00 – $103,700.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$80,200.00 – $118,300.00
