Talent Manager Full Time NEW

I’m Des (@stellar.des) — a UGC and content creator based in San Diego building under the “Thriving in the Trenches” brand. I’m also the founder of CreatorFlo, an all-in-one business suite for creators. I’m scaling my creator business and looking for a talent manager who wants to grow with me, not just clock in.

The Role
I’m hiring a commission-based talent manager to run the business side of my creator career so I can focus on producing content. This is a 25% commission role on booked brand deals — no base, no cap. The more deals you close, the more we both make.
What You’ll Own
• Outbound pitching. Proactively reaching out to brands that align with my audience and positioning, building relationships, and opening new revenue channels.
• Inbound deal management. Responding to brand inquiries, vetting opportunities, and moving serious leads through to contract.
• Contract negotiation. Negotiating rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables on my behalf — protecting my value and closing strong terms.
• Scheduling & deliverable tracking. Keeping campaigns organized, managing due dates, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Invoicing & payment follow-up. Sending invoices, tracking receivables, and chasing down late payments so I get paid on time.

Who I’m Looking For
I’m open on experience — vibe and hustle matter more than a résumé. Whether you’re a seasoned manager with a book of brand contacts or someone scrappy and hungry to build one, I want to hear from you. You should be:
• A self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
• Comfortable pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Organized enough to juggle multiple deals and deadlines
• Genuinely excited about the creator economy and invested in my long-term growth
Compensation
25% commission on all booked brand deals you source, negotiate, or manage. Uncapped. Paid out per deal.
