Duties

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract emerging and established creators across diverse social media channels.
• Manage relationships with creators by providing guidance, support, and resources to enhance their growth and engagement.
• Negotiate contracts, sponsorships, and partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company goals.
• Oversee social media management initiatives to optimize creator content visibility, audience engagement, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design campaigns that promote creator content and expand their reach.
• Conduct talent management activities including onboarding, performance tracking, and career development planning.
• Build and maintain strong agency relationships to facilitate talent onboarding, negotiations, and ongoing support.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or talent management roles with a focus on digital content creators.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to craft compelling contracts and partnership agreements.
• Expertise in talent acquisition strategies tailored for social media influencers and digital creators.
• Excellent communication skills for recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining positive relationships with creators and agency partners.
