Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter specializing in both healthcare and non-healthcare sectors. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and building a pipeline of top talent. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, particularly in both healthcare and non-healthcare staffing
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for building relationships with candidates and clients
• Ability to develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates and to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus
• Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
