Job Summary
Natale’s Men’s Clothier, Family owned. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills , ability to alter, and repair garments to meet customer specifications. This role requires proficiency in using sewing machines and a strong understanding of garment construction. Excellent customer service skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Work week Tuesday – Saturday
Tuesday- Thursday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday – Saturday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Utilize sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to create and alter garments according to customer specifications.
- Perform fittings and alterations, ensuring proper fit and style for each client.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tailoring or garment alteration is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines and knowledge of various sewing techniques.
- Strong understanding of garment construction principles.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. .
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics are essential for this role.
