PINTO POOLS is seeking a Lead Service Technician to join our Team!!
This is NOT a pool cleaning or maintenance position.
If you are an EXPERIENCED Pool Technicians/Mechanics with a minimum of 5 years experience with openings and closings, field service calls, programming automation systems, equipment installs, heater repairs and other pool mechanical repairs we want you!!
$28 to $35/hr based on experience

Role Description
The LEAD Service Technician will provide comprehensive field service jobs and report to the Service Operation Managers. This is a full-time, on-site, re-occurring, permanent, seasonal position based in East Moriches, NY. Key responsibilities include field service calls, pool openings and closings, equipment and plumbing installation, heater repairs, automation programming, and other pool related mechanical repairs.The role requires a high level of experience and skill, organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and your time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swimming Pool Openings and Closings, All aspects of Pool Equipment repairs and installations.
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Experience in Work order documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and job site cleanliness.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Algebra and Math skills are important.
- Computer and smart phone literacy required.
- Physical fitness is required to handle equipment installation requirements.
