Role Description

We’re hiring a Support Analyst (2–4 years) to help manage day-to-day support for an enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.

What You’ll do:

• Handle incoming support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot basic API, system, and integration issues
• Escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Monitor system health and report anomalies
• Communicate with customers and provide updates
• Maintain documentation and support logs

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years in technical / SaaS support
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with SQL or data tools (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
