A Large-Scale Community Association is seeking to fill a full-time Night Supervisor position within our Welcome Center. This position works under the guidance of the Member Services Manager to assists Customer Service Representatives with effective day-to-day operations at the Welcome Center. Daily responsibilities include ensuring Customer Service Representatives schedules are accurately managed and distributed. Acting as a liaison with the security department and issues gate access passes for residents, guests and contractors to established guidelines.
