Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable TypeScript-based features within modern application architectures. You will actively use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and solution design. You will participate in sprint-based planning and execution, consistently delivering high-quality work aligned with defined priorities. You will also collaborate closely with engineering peers to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability while contributing to best practices for AI-enabled development.

• Build, refactor, and deliver production-ready features using TypeScript
• Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude and/or Cursor) as part of daily engineering workflows
• Apply agentic development approaches to break down problems and accelerate solution delivery
• Work within sprint cycles and deliver scoped work on time with high throughput
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leaders on complex technical challenges
• Improve existing codebases with a focus on performance, readability, and scalability
• Contribute to discussions on engineering standards and AI-assisted development practices

Requirements

You should bring extensive software engineering experience with a strong focus on TypeScript and modern application development. This role requires comfort with AI-augmented workflows, sprint-driven environments, and fast-paced delivery expectations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams are essential.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript in production environments
• Proven experience building scalable applications within modern architectures
• Demonstrated use of agentic AI development workflows to accelerate engineering tasks
• Advanced experience with tools such as Claude and/or Cursor in daily development work
• Comfortable with iterative “vibe coding” and AI-assisted solution refinement
• Strong performance in sprint-based environments with consistent delivery of scoped work
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration in global teams
