Job Summary:
As a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer at Mercury Systems, you will serve as a senior technical leader providing strategic direction and oversight to the hardware design organization. You will lead world-class engineering teams in developing the most sophisticated mission-critical embedded technology-from below the ocean to orbiting in space. Drive innovation on the most challenging projects including the world’s most secure processing and storage hardware, advanced FPGA RF and signal processing systems, Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) devices, advanced display technologies, and extreme environment electronics that power operations across Space, Air, Land, and Sea.
This role requires serving as a recognized technical authority who drives innovation, establishes engineering standards, and shapes the technical direction of complex programs while ensuring Mercury delivers right-first-time solutions. You will lead proposals with architecting, technical volume writing, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development, while proactively driving strategic process improvements.
