Sr. Learning & Design Professional Full Time

This role is designed for learning and development professionals who want to apply instructional design expertise in a structured, mission-driven environment focused on improving training effectiveness and learner outcomes. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support workforce capability building across complex organizational needs. The position blends curriculum design, facilitation, and learning analytics to ensure training programs are impactful, compliant, and aligned with operational goals. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate learning needs into scalable solutions. The environment is collaborative and data-informed, requiring both creativity and analytical thinking. This is an opportunity to influence learning strategy while supporting programs that directly improve employee performance and service quality. The role is fully remote with coordination across Eastern Time Zone operations.

Accountabilities

Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that support organizational training needs, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and performance objectives.

• Plan, organize, and develop curriculum, training materials, facilitator guides, and performance support tools.
• Analyze learning needs in collaboration with subject matter experts and translate them into structured instructional solutions.
• Design engaging learning content including scenarios, scripts, job aids, and blended learning experiences.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions using digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance metrics, and compliance-related outcomes.
• Identify learning gaps using data and reporting insights, and recommend targeted educational interventions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning strategies, programs, and delivery methods.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in any field with at least 1 year of experience in training, learning development, or facilitation.

• Experience creating or editing documentation such as training materials, SOPs, process flows, or job aids.
• Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and curriculum development practices.
• Experience using data analytics or reporting to evaluate learning effectiveness or identify gaps.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and manage moderately complex tasks in a remote, structured environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Design, or related field, and experience with tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or CSOD.
