Position Overview
The Senior Director of Operations is a high-impact, national leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, and scalable growth across multiple states and regions. This leader provides strategic oversight for complex, multi-state operations within GT Independence’s fiscal intermediary and self-direction programs, while leading and developing regional Directors and senior operational leaders.
This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to standardize operations, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize performance, and support long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in home and community-based services, healthcare, or human services operations, with a proven ability to lead multi-state teams in fast-paced, high-volume, and highly regulated environments.
