We are hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school‑based openings across the Kern area. These are in‑person K–12 roles, with specific school placements determined based on best fit, experience, and preference.

• Location: Kern County, CA (multiple school sites and districts)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | School‑day hours | School‑Year Calendar

Compensation

• Local Pay: $89–$94 per hour
• Travel Pay:$3,542–$3,767 per week
• *Includes untaxed housing and meals stipends for eligible travelers

Compensation is based on experience, placement, and qualifications.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid California Speech‑Language Pathologist license
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school‑based, pediatric, or clinical settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Availability for on‑site services

Preferred (not required):

• Prior K–12 school‑based SLP experience
• Familiarity with IEP development and school documentation
• Experience working with diverse student populations

• Support students’ access, communication, and participation in the educational environment
