What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience required
• F&I experience strongly preferred
• Ability to structure deals and work approvals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with sub-prime/special finance is a plus
• Professional paperwork and organizational skills
• Proven CSI/SSI performance
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
