Compensation: Up to $200k Total Compensation (1st Year) + Benefits!

The Role

• Develop and enhance high-performance systems across a variety of greenfield initiatives
• Work within a modern tech stack, with extensive use of Java 23 and Python 3
• Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and technical strategy
• Support the expansion of the engineering team through mentorship and participation in hiring
• Partner with exceptional engineers to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python
• Solid foundation in computer science principles (algorithms, data structures, system design)
• STEM degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build efficient, high-quality software
